All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST).
A full registration (includes early bird) will include attendance at all conference sessions, the Welcome Reception, and Gala Dinner social events but DOES NOT include the Rural and Remote Dinner.
Day Registrations do not include any social events.

Special Rates apply for the conference discounted accommodation block at Jupiters Hotel when booked through the conference organisers.

No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged via email, within 10 working days of receipt of the registration. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact the conference orgniser to confirm receipt of your registration. Registration fees are based on date of receipts of payment (not based on date of receipt of registration forms).
A Tax Invoice will be provided, if requested, for GST purposes.
Cancellation/Substitution
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the conference organiser. Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation on or before 15 February 2013 — full payment less administration fee of $110
Cancellation after 15 February 2013 — no refund Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the conference, provided the conference organiser is advised in writing.

The primary purpose for collecting the personal information supplied on this form is to process your registration. In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only) and may be made available to parties directly related to this event including LASA Q, and major sponsors and exhibitors.
